The building has eight floors and 61 units, providing ample space on the dedicated beach and throughout the property. This 2-bedroom, split floor plan condo features 2 baths and is located directly on the beach. The spacious master bedroom includes a King size bed, workspace, sofas, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed. The condo is equipped with a kitchen, sporting both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Enjoy your morning coffee amidst stunning views on the private balcony while watching dolphins in the water. A desk is also available if you need to work. We offer private beach access, and nighttime security is onsite.
