Welcome to Dauphin Luv, a spacious dual-unit coastal retreat perfect for larger families or groups who want room to spread out while staying connected. This combined rental includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, and access to all Beach Club amenities. Unit A features the main living space with a bright, airy layout, large sectional sofa, recliner, and a big-screen TV. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony with seating overlooking the pools with a view of the Gulf in the distance. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There’s bar seating for 3 and a dining table for 6. The laundry closet has a full-size washer and dryer. Unit B adds privacy and convenience with a second living area, a small kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, a small dining table with seating for 3, and a stacked washer/dryer. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6.
