Guests will appreciate being just 15 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes from Gatlinburg, and within quick reach of everyday essentials only 10 minutes to Dollar General and about 20 minutes to the nearest full grocery store. Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property. Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year s Eve, or New Year s Day. Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code we will resend it a week before your stay. Check-Out: 10am Fireplaces: On During: October 1st - February 28th / Off During: March 1st - September 30th Cancellation Policy: $50 fee + VRBO service fee 30 days up - You will get all of your money back (minus the $150 cancellation fee and minus the VRBO service fee) 29 days or less - Whatever dates we can re-book is the amount that we will refund back (-$150). Example: If you had 5 nights, we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25).
