This Vacation Dream Villa is located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral and it offers everything for your unforgettable dream vacation. The Villa has an Infinity Edge Pool with a salt water system. It is equipped with an electric heater and can be heated upon request and extra charge The pool area has southern exposure and overlooks a wide gulf access canal. It features a dining table and a lounge area to relax in front of a big screen TV as well as an LED fireplace. The lanai area is also equipped with an outside kitchen, BBQ and refrigerator for cold drinks. The Hideaway features 3 bedrooms / 2 baths plus an additional pool bath. The center of the living area is the very well equipped kitchen with 2 islands, granite counter tops and an oversized refrigerator. As one of the rental guests put it very well: “A Gourmet Chef's Dream” The master bedroom with a king size bed also has a private sitting area to relax, with a second TV and glass sliding doors to the lanai. The huge master bathroom has a bath tub and walk-in shower. The master suite also has his and her walk-in closets with plenty of room for your wardrobe and for your shopping treasures. The two guest bedrooms each have a walk- in closet and private sink and toilet areas. They share shower / tub combination. You will also find washer and dryer in the separate laundry room as well as 4 bicycles in the two car garage. It is a short drive to the closest shopping plaza or you can tour one of the bike trails close by. We would love to welcome you as our guest at The Hideaway.
