Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process. Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent. This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.

Cancellation Fee: $599.00

Beginning April 1, 2020, we have relaxed our cancellation policy for new bookings to allow for more flexibility due to the uncertainty of COVID-19. For bookings made on or after April 1, 2020, the cancellation policy is as follows: a full refund, less the booking fee, is given only if the cancellation occurs more than 5 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to your arrival date, the first night, booking fee, damage waiver, and 50% of the nightly rate for the remaining nights are non-refundable, therefore you will receive a refund of the amount of the cleaning fee and 50% of the nightly rate for the second night, third night, fourth night, and so on.

If your booking occurred prior to April 1, 2020, the policy that was in place when you booked your reservation still applies. That policy is as follows: a full refund, less the booking fee, is given only if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If there are less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund, less the booking fee, is given only if the property is re-rented. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their reservation.
