Pets are not allowed. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. • Please bring your own tubes, floaties, fishing gear, etc. to participate in water fun at the property. Keep in mind Fightingtown Creek is catch and release only. The creek, waterfall, and swimming hole are used at your own risk. • You'll have paved parking for 3 vehicles and only 5 steps up to reach the main deck, which wraps around the vacation home and features a gate for added security. • STVR License #18278
