There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
