LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, Centrally Located first floor Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Captain John Fripp Villa located next to The Beach Club and other Fripp Island Amenities that include, pools, sports bar, beach bar, food court, tennis club, and more. The Villa has comfortable coastal furnishings and a 75" Smart TV in the living room. Each bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and a sliding door with access to the courtyard. Bed and bath linens are included with the Villa. There is a Queen size pull out couches in the living room if additional sleeping arrangements are needed for guests. Amenity Cards are available for purchase with this Villa. If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards. ​​​​​​​Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!
