IMPORTANT INFORMATION – 08/13/26 The Solterra Resort Clubhouse will begin an important series of enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area. The lazy river renovation is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, with work on the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22. During this same period, the district will also move forward with the new bar installation. The current project schedule anticipates completion approximately December 14, 2026. Throughout the renovation, the Clubhouse will remain open and active. Owners and guests will continue to enjoy Café Sol, including delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services.
